Google: View My Manual Actions History

Google sometime in September 2018 added to the manual actions report help document a section named "View my manual actions history." It talks about how Google will retain the old manual actions for up to a year for a specific property even if it changes ownership.

Marie Haynes noticed it and posted about it on Twitter and this section reads:

View my manual actions history

You can see the site's manual actions history at the bottom of the report. The history includes manual action notifications, review requests, and review results. History is retained for at least a year for the site, even if the site changes owners.

Back in 2014, John Mueller of Google said old manual actions will show for new verifications of properties. But as Marie shows in her screen shot below, it doesn't seem to work that way in the new version of Google Search Console:
