ASUS announced the ROG Swift 360Hz gaming monitor at CES 2020. According to ASUS, it's the first gaming monitor that supports NVIDIA G-SYNC to feature a 360Hz refresh rate. At 360Hz, it's also the fastest gaming monitor that supports NVIDIA G-SYNC, according to ASUS. The ROG Swift 360Hz will be available later this year. The monitor will be availalbe later this year.
The ROG Swift 360Hz has a 24.5-inch FHD display. While some people opt for monitors with 4K or higher resolution, many gamers elect to use a 1080p monitor to ensure smooth gameplay. At 360Hz, the ROG Swift 360Hz offers a 50 percent higher refresh rate than many gaming monitors that have refresh rates of 240Hz.
If you prefer a monitor with a higher resolution, ASUS also announced the ROG Swift PG32UQX, which features a 4K HDR display. The monitor supports G-SYNC ULTIMATE and HDR to help deliver clear gameplay. The display has an aspect ratio of 16:9, can reach a brightness of 1400 nits, and is DisplayHDR 1400 compliant. It has a refresh rate of 144Hz and supports 10-bit color. The ROG Swift PG32UQX will also be available later this year. ASUS has not revealed pricing information for the monitor at this time.
