The latest XPS 13's display has a taller 16:10 aspect ratio that's surrounded tiny bezels. Most notably, the bottom bezel of the device is much smaller. The device has a 91.5 percent screen-to-body ratio and is 13.4-inches. There are options for both FHD+ and UHD+ displays on the laptop. The display supports Dolby Vision HDR with CinemaColor. On the audio side of things, the Dell XPS 13 supports Waves MaxxAudio Pro with CinemaSound.
The keyboard of the XPS 13 now has nine percent larger key caps, and the trackpad is 17 percent larger.
Intel's Ice Lake processors are on the inside of the device, along with Iris Plus Graphics if you opt for the Core i7 model. There are variants of the XPS 13 ranging from the Intel Core i3 to the quad-core Intel Core i7. There is not an option for a six-core Intel chip.
In addition to the Windows version of the Dell XPS 13, there's a Developer Edition that runs Ubuntu. The Developer Edition starts at $1,200 and comes out on February 4, 2020.
