Interview: Vertigo Games on Arizona Sunshine, studio's future, and more

There was a lot to discuss.

Vertigo Games is the team behind excellent games like Arizona Sunshine and Skyworld. The studio is celebrating its anniversary and we recently had the chance to sit down with Managing Director and Co-founder at Vertigo Games, Richard Stitselaar, to discuss Arizona Sunshine's success, what the future holds for the group, and what he sees as the future of virtual reality (VR).

Arizona Sunshine is currently available on almost all VR headsets, including the Oculus Quest. Vertigo Games is currently working on a game called After the Fall which is another spin on the zombie apocalypse genre. It's expected to launch in 2020.

The Oculus Quest is a standalone VR headset. That means you don't need a PC or phone to use it, and you don't have to duck and dodge around wires. As a result, you can bring VR almost anywhere and immerse yourself in gameplay.
