Evernote
There is so much to love about this productivity app. First of all, it’s where I store most of my ideas and projects. You can create “notes,” which are essentially documents. For example, I have a note titled “Video Ideas,” so when I’m out and about and an idea pops into my mind, I jump on my phone and add it to Evernote.
Simple! You can also share documents with others, so if you’re working on something and you want another person to view it, you’re only a few clicks away.

Acuity Scheduling App
We’ve all experienced the email chain going back and forth trying to figure out a time to schedule a call or meeting. This can be frustrating, especially with how busy most of us are.
Acuity Scheduling is a scheduling app that allows you to send someone a link that shows them your availability and allows them to schedule time with you. You can set the amount of time for each meeting, and you can customize the links depending on what type of meeting you want them to set with you.
For example, you can have one link specifically set up for current clients and another link to send to prospects setting up a sales call. There are a lot of scheduling apps out there, but I have found this one to be my favorite.

Audible
I’m always giving book recommendations to my friends. They usually ask me how I have time to read so much, and the answer is Audible.
I love this app because it allows me to read multiple books at a time and you can do it whenever—in the car, going for a walk, etc. If you’re trying to read more and you don’t use it, it’s a must get.
