Coach has filed to dismiss its lawsuit against Gap Inc., according to a Tuesday court filing. The case was a trademark infringement complaint over the use of the word “coach” on Old Navy products.
The lawsuit, filed on April 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, was dismissed in its entirety without prejudice by Coach parent company Tapestry.

Earlier this month, Tapestry reported net sales of $1.48 billion, a 2% year-over-year decrease. Each of its brands experienced a decrease, except Coach, which saw flat sales.
