We’re getting so close now to SaaStr Annual 2024 – the 10th-ever SaaStr Annual event! We’ll be back in the SF Bay Area at the San Mateo County Events Center, this September 10-12.
We’re looking forward to hosting 12,000+ SaaS founders, execs, and VCs across 3 days and our massive 40+ acre indoor/ outdoor campus.

Of note – the Super Golds and Platinum are strictly scarce as they do include partner stage speaking opportunities, which are now the only way into our super, jam-packed Agenda for speaking at Annual 2024. (as we’re not slotting any more earned speaker opportunities)
We’ve also completely optimized this year’s Expo Hall and there are no bad booths, with sponsors in between our two largest stages and surrounding our main attendee Hangout area, the SaaStr Cantina. We’ve also upgraded this year’s agenda to give attendees more time to network and meet with sponsors on the kickoff day, Sept. 10th. Notably, we also know it’s one of your favorite days of the week, which we wouldn’t want you to miss – so we’re bringing Taco Tuesday to you on the kick-off day of Annual.

- Poker Night! Wednesday, September 11th 2024 starting at 4pm – 7pm. We just added this and have room for one exclusive sponsor. 100s of the top CRO’s & 100 of the top CEO’s are exclusively invited and accepted by SaaStr for our first Casino Night. We hosted an un-official version of this last year and it was a hit. If you want turnkey branding throughout our Casino Space and you specifically target CROs and CEOs only – this is a great opportunity for you and your team to make a lot of connections in a short amount of time.
- Speakers Lounge: Exclusive sponsorship of the Speakers Only Lounge for SaaStr Annual. If your target account list includes any (or many) of the attending speaker companies, this is a chance to get in front of them throughout the entirety of SaaStr Annual.
- The Big Party: It’s our official on-site ‘after-party’ and the only one during SaaStr Annual. Past performers at recent Big Parties during the Annual included Cash Cash, Duke Dumont, and Cheat Codes. We’re announcing the 2024 very soon – so if you want to be listed in all mentions of Big Party, including the announcement, pre-event marketing, and on-site branding during the Party – this one has a huge branding impact. Plus, it includes up to 50 VIP Customer Passes for you to invite customers and prospects to the Big Party. Party on!
- Happy Hour: The happy hours are each day of SaaStr Annual. This sponsorship includes exclusive sponsorship of the happy hour for one of the days of the event. Premium branding throughout the happy hour with branded napkins, table tents and signage throughout. And if you’re bundling / or adding this on with a booth – we bring the bar to your booth for the duration of happy hour. Cheers!
